Sometimes they're even being let go and you're like, how, this this, this happened to me. I was talking to a fellow at Lockheed Marana and he was saying, you know, there's one brilliant guy. Like everybody couldn't even follow his work. He was so brilliant. But eventually he was the one who got let go and other people were getting raised up. And his lesson there, because now he's a fellow, right, he's basically the top of a sole contributor you can be, you know, manager, sole contributor. But he said, |
