1:08.3	a shipper the first thing you want to do is if they have a website, go to their website and educate yourself about what type of products, what is their commodity?
1:17.3	What do they ship?
1:18.5	What are their goods?
1:19.6	Right?
1:19.9	So because if you call a shipper and you, like if you were a shipper and I would have called you and say, hey, I'm with ABC brokerage. I want to move some of your freight.
