Well, hello, Don, and thank you so much for having me.

This is such a delight and joy to be able to share with you.

What actually happens in the day of the life of a beauty, executive, and entrepreneur?

Oh, yes.

You've been doing it so long, and it's just a massive category all over the world.

Let me see a few words about Karen. Karen Ballou

has been a leader and innovator in the skin care and wellness space her entire career. Most recently,

she's the founder and CEO of Immun Ecology, an all-natural skin care brand focused on skin health

and immune protection, as well as

co-founder of LB Equity, a growth equity fund investing in emerging brands in beauty, wellness,

and personal care.

During her career, she's helped formulate position and launch more than 75 brands.

In addition, she's a licensed

esthetician, has founded and owned day spas in Atlanta, Chicago, and Connecticut,

an authored curriculum for the American Esthetician Association. An amazing
