Like I said, I wake up at 4.30 a.m. every single day, every single day. And I have been for years now.

But before we dive into that, I want to make it very clear of what this message is not. This is not an anti-sleep message.

I am not promoting sleeping less. I am not saying that sleeping is bad.

I think sleep is one of the greatest things you can implement,

but one of the greatest things you can value and prioritize in your life.

Prioritizing sleep can also change your life, just in the same way that waking up early can change your life. There should be and probably will be a part two to this episode that is more sleep as a life hack. While waking up early as a life hack, so is more sleep.
