Are you guys buying fake healthy foods at the market? Well, healthy living can seem

hard because there's so much noise and information out there promoting this and that from mainstream media, influencers, and even dieticians and doctors recommending things like sugar-laden drinks, bars, and so-called better options.

But are they really better?

You see, when a food is called healthy,

but contains tons of additives and ingredients

that you can't even pronounce,

nor even find at the grocery store,

then you have to think about that twice.

And even if you can find all the ingredients

and make them yourself at home, which I have done by the way.

It looks much different and spoils much faster than what you would buy at the store.

And there's a reason. The way foods are processed and

preserved also need to be taken into account. So today I'm going to share foods,

even the health-conscious consumer may be duped by, plus healthy alternatives.
