What a week we've had. On Monday's episode of Cult Leader, we've learned all about the murder of Palm Springs Socialite Cliff Lambert, which is such a crazy story.

1:22.0

And on this week's obituary, Madison and I talked about funeral clowns, we read some self-deprecating obituraries, we even got to hear about a caricature thief.

Fast forward a few months and she finally got the call.

The rep on the phone explained how the deal would go down, sounds sus, and from what I remember, it was $5,000 for 1000 pieces of clothing, don't quote me on the article count though.

2:55.0

I'm not sure on the article count, but I have read before that Lula Ro has one of the highest intro purchases where it's like around on average $5,000 to $6,000 to purchase your intro sales kit.

She said her advisor strongly urged her and all the members on the team to put any money they made from sales right back into purchasing more clothing, which literally came in the most horrendous patterns.

3:26.0

She tried to trade some of the clothes with her team members and do cross account Facebook live sales to dump the merchandise, but the patterns were seriously so bad she could barely move any of it without selling it at cost and offering free shipping, which means she lost money.

3:41.0

By the end of her Lula Ro journey, she was more than $10,000 in debt and the business put such a strain on her marriage that her and her husband ended up splitting because she was hiding the debt from him, and she also lost a lot of friends because she was pushing clothes on literally everyone.

3:56.0

You should also look into the Ligels, they run the top 5% of the company and left to start their own clothing boutique, freckled poppy, apparently the left on good terms but seems fishy to me.
