Do you have trouble saying NO without feeling guilty about it? It has been a process for me to get to the point where I can say no powerfully, without the guilt, and here is what I realized--every time I say "yes" to something that isn't aligned with my highest priorities, it takes time and energy away from the things and people that ARE

Oh man, this has been such a process for me to get to the point where I actually have some power around my no and can say it without the guilt.

And here's what I've realized in the process, that every time I would say yes to something that wasn't aligned with my highest priorities,

just know we are in this work from home life with you. It is not pretty. It is not glamorous.

But we are still showing up, aren't we friends? We are still showing up every single day for ourselves,

our communities, our missions. And even though working from home or life in general just looks different right now,

I do believe that we are in a season of opportunity.

And we're in a season where it's forcing us to look at what is really important in our lives.
