having the winter uglies, specifically this this week because the weather has been so chaotic

this week like i don't even know how to explain it the sun hasn't came out there's like a really

weird fog going on outside like constantly from a.m to p.m it's just like this really musty fog outside. It's not snowing.

It's not raining. It's kind of warm but not. It's very gloomy. And you know, and like you just

don't want to leave the house. And I don't know. The weather just like plays a huge impact on how

you're feeling for the day. That's kind of how the week has been so far. And I'm starting to

notice how pale I've gotten. And I don't know, I've just been feeling the winter uglies lately.

And I'm like, I could go somewhere down south. I would love a tan. I would love just to be in the

warmth. I'm kind of already over the snow and we just got it last week. So that's kind of what's happening right now. But you know me, I'm always trying to stay positive. I'm always trying to do things that make me feel good. Like last week I went to get my hair done, which was a nice little pick me up. I felt so good getting that done. I got a hair gloss. I got a trim done. I got my bangs touched up,

all that. So it felt really, really good to get that done. I felt like that was a good boost of my

confidence. And I just also booked a spray tan for next week since we're getting close to

Christmas. I wanted it to just be closer to Christmas Day. So I booked it for next week and then I

also booked a nail appointment. So this is your sign that if you've been feeling the winter

uglies like me, treat yourself to a few appointments or do some things at home like a self-tan

or, you know, painting your nails, hair gloss, hair mask, put a face mask on, whatever the case may be, do little things that just

make you feel good. Another thing that's actually been really helping is I've been taking 10 minutes

each morning to do my makeup every single day, no matter what. Like if I'm not leaving the house,

I'm still going to put makeup on and maybe a cute like little sweat set or something just to feel
