And I was talking to this person and she wanted to know about my clients. So she wanted to know if they were all like me in their late 30s for those of you who don't know I'm 38.

And I was telling her, you know what? No, I work with women in pretty much every decade of their life from their 20s and 30s and 40s, but also women in their 50s, 60s and 70s.

2:44.0

And I want you to consider this because I bet that if pressed, you would be able to recognize how your drinking has changed over time, how it is ebbed and flowed.

2:57.0

You know, a lot of my clients will tell me, I'm so confused because alcohol wasn't always a problem, Rachel.

3:04.0
