Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Practitioner, Dana Kay, knew right away that her son was different. She used to wake up dreading what kind of mood he would be in. Shortly after, he was diagnosed with ADHD, but the medications weren't helping him.
She was told by her doctor that food wouldn't make a difference with his ADHD, but she chose to try it anyway - and changing his diet was the only thing that worked. She saw a drastic shift in his behavior and his attention span.
Jesse and I have personally seen a very real shift in the behavior and physical health of our own boys after adjusting their diet toward cleaner, more natural foods.
