It's time for our Friday.

Two-minute warning edition posted on Fridays to give you something, something to think about

watch for or do to finish your week strong. You want to finish the week strong. Maximize your

weekend. You sure want to do that. Also, I will include an occasional red zone rent, but not today.

In this topic, I want to talk about move on. Move on. Listen, you have a setback, you have a defeat, you have what you consider as a failure. Somebody leaves you, walks out, tells you whatever, you're not that great, right? Just is not part of your life anymore. Let me suggest you've got to move on. Don't build campsites at the gravesite to mourn. Move on. People who've rejected you from your life,

from their life, right? If you've tried to reconcile, but you can't. You can be civil with them.

Just stop being stupid about them and move on. Move on. People who continue to take from your life

without offering anything in return, you're doing all the work with a relationship.

Let me just say, stop crossing oceans for people who won't hop a puddle for you. Move on.

You get criticism. People throw offenses at you. They throw insults at you. Stop empowering the

person who inflicted it by living it over and

over and over again or engaging him. Move on. The job you just lost, the breakup, the divorce,

the personal bankruptcy, failed business, the missed opportunity. Whatever. Let me tell you something,

you got to move on. The rearview mirror of your life is for glancing and learning, not gazing and languishing.

Move on. Start over. Focus forward. Live your life forward. Not looking over your shoulder.

Let me close with this. You may not be able to add years of your life, but you can add life to

your years, and you can start now by moving on, living life forward.

Stop being lived.

Start living.
