1:12.5	Tevancis and Dr. Wilson. Dr. Tom Tevances is an organizational and leadership psychologist who uses

1:30.5	Tom has worked with leaders and teams in the global pharmaceutical, energy, communication, and
1:36.0	manufacturing industries. Since 1993, he specialized in the Highlands Ability Battery and is now one of

1:46.5	Tom has served as professor and director of organizational psychology and leadership program
1:51.2	at St. Joseph University in Philadelphia. He currently teaches in the organizational development
