So Mary is asking, what do you think about adding super foods to my AM smoothie?

So Mary uses our just smoothie, our daily all in one smoothie powder and her longer question was even though it's a

multi-vitamin there's minerals there's all sorts of great stuff in it is it okay if I add other

super foods to it so although she's not specifying what the super foods are, I can talk a little bit about this because my philosophy is this. Let's take one step back.

There's no such thing as a superfood. Like there are people calling it superfood but like there's not a superfood from nature like there's not a superfood category like there's fruits and there's vegetables and there's proteins and there's legumes and there's all sorts of things like that.

But there is no superfood.

We just kind of made that name up and it's a marketing term.

But having said that, a lot of the foods that we do deem to be super foods are actually super foods,
