So it's going to be a mix of a rant and also some education in the way that we

episode because last week I talked about three signs and symptoms that you may need to eat more food and reverse diet.

I mentioned in that episode that I have to reverse diet about 40% of the clients that I work with for nutrition. And as I thought about

that all week and then some other things have happened in the last couple weeks

with interactions with other people who do fitness or just conversations or seeing things, it just

really made me think, why are people fearful of food? Why am I reverse dieting 40% of the people who come to me because

they're not eating enough food? Why have we been taught to fear carbs, to fear fat or to fear having a simple treat.

And why is this just happening in general?

We have become so obsessed as a society with doing it perfectly and you know

making everything just right that our relationship with food is suffering. It is

really suffering and we are just have this negative connection

with food and I've learned through my experience which is what I want to talk

about in understanding how the body actually digests food makes a massive difference in healing our

relationship with food and preventing needing a reverse diet in the future.
