in advance for not posting last week. Last week was literally the most insane week with a bunch of

things. With work, because obviously with Black Friday this week, there was a bunch of ads that I had

to submit by a specific time frame with buying a new vehicle, which was extremely time consuming,

just signing paperwork, finding time to go pick up the car all that

and on top of all that i had a bit of a i want to say like a little health scare that week that i

didn't really talk about on my social media but it was almost like a wake-up call to me specifically

just to like reevaluate my routine and just getting back into some certain healthy habits.

So all in all, there was a lot of tears last week, a lot of happy tears, a lot of sad tears.

Like, I don't know. It was just like kind of a crazy week for me.

But I feel like everything happens for a reason. I'm very much a believer in that.

And I don't know. I just had a bit of a panic attack last week because I think I just wasn't really listening to my body and I wasn't taking care of it. And of course, you know, you can do all these workouts and you can eat healthy foods, but you're not always going to be feeling 100%. There's other things that you need to keep in mind. And I think one thing for me that I always struggle with is

dealing with my stress and managing it and telling my body to rest. I really do suck at that.

And I was just having some symptoms that just really woke me up. Like I was having extreme

hair loss last week. And that's a huge sign of being overly stressed. I was constantly having

just to name a few symptoms that were happening last week. And I knew in that moment I was like,

I am overworking myself. I am over stressing myself out. I really need to take a step back and

just relax and not put too much pressure on myself. So this is your sign that it's okay to let your body rest
