today was hot. I'm 10 pounds lighter. It was it might not have been the hottest

they was the longest day. It was long and like yesterday was a little

hotter. I think you're right there was a little bit of a breeze today but

today's practice was pretty long. About two and a half hours.

It was in mid 90s out there.

And today was one of those practices

that you see usually five or six days into camp

where they go live, they're full pads, there's's there's hitting a couple full live

sessions the live means for those who you don't know is tackling to the ground

so it's actually real football they're actually after playing football as opposed to

thud which is just you can hit a guy but you can't wrap up.

Yeah and then there's there's days where they're just out there I think tomorrow which is Wednesday they'll be out there just in shells.

Yeah, I think tomorrow might even be a 10 10 day. Yeah it's a short practice and

and Doug's good at this kind of balancing the hard days and the lighter days today and I talked to a bunch of

players about you're fighting a lot of things out there you're trying to make

plays you're trying to be productive it's it's very hot and at the end of practice

it's it's tough to kind of maintain your focus when you're you're fighting the
