I'm delighted to bring you our featured guest, Andrea DeMille. Welcome, Andrea.

Hey, thank you for having me. It is our pleasure. Andrea, are you using your talents doing

work that you love? Heck yes. Heck yeah. Well, we'll want to hear that entire story.

Andrea is the author of Is It Racism, How to Heal the Human Divide. She's an international keynote

speaker, trainer, and podcast hosts of the Wake Up Stories and is a business owner with years

of study in diversity and inclusion, as well as a degree in community,

health and human services. Andrea has been appointed to serve on Project Gateway Equity and

Opportunity Commission for Utah. She's a maker of men. She has five boys. She loves peanut

butter and hates chocolate. She feels most like herself when she's barefoot and connected to nature.
