And I want to talk a little bit about salesmanship here because that's really conversion. Did you just say it's a quick read? You're holding a Bible says book. So I will greet this day with love in my heart. Henceforth will I love all mankind. From this moment, all hate is let for my veins, for I have not

time to hate, only time to love. From this moment, I take the first step required to becoming a

man among men. With love, I will increase my sales a hundredfold and become a great salesman.

If I have no other qualities, I can succeed with love alone.

I talk about that all the time, bro. Can I tell you something? I think I'm the greatest

closer of all time. Do you know why I think I'm the greatest closer of all time? Proof is in the

pudding. Because I believe I care more than anybody else. I care. I love these people. Jamil's been on so many appointments with me. I freaking love my sellers. Why? I just love their stories. I love everything about them. I don't know if it was ingrained in me. I didn't have to read a book to love people. That is a wonderful reminder. I also, Jamil said something a couple of months ago. He said, we're entering into vegetarian season. Okay. And I'm like, what does that mean? He goes, no more beef. And I'm like, no more beef. So no fights, no animosity, no anger, no hatred whatsoever. If there's any sort of relationships or bad things

that have happened in your life, go full on vegan, no more beef. Stop having the beef in your life.

I freaking love that from a sales perspective. When you care more, you close more. When you close more,

you make more money. You stay in the game. You get better and better and better. So when I watch

other salespeople doing their pitches with sellers, I'm like, you don't care enough. You stay in the game. You get better and better and better. So when I watch other salespeople doing their pitches with sellers, I'm like, you don't care enough. You're not asking the right questions. You're not actually understanding their situation. You're trying to close them. And so when you're in an appointment with me, I'm not trying to close anybody. Right. I'm not trying to close anybody. I'm truly trying to understand them with pure love in my heart for their situation.

During that process, you're asking questions.

You're discovering what is going on with them.

Yep.

Right?

And during that, those questions, that's where you're finding out.

What is really happening here and how can I best serve this situation?
