1:10.0 | You know, you can't do recovery stuff all the time every single day or you'll burn out. |
1:14.7 | It's important to have hobbies, to replace your old hobby of drinking. |
1:19.7 | And that can be a real challenge at first, you know, if you spent your entire adult life being wasted as your hobby. |
1:25.8 | Someone wrote me and asked what they're supposed to do with their free time now that they're sober. |
1:31.2 | You ready for the answer? Here it is. Literally anything. |
1:38.2 | Everything and anything as long as you're not drinking alcohol. |

1:45.0 | Bowling, roller skating, kickboxing, cooking, sewing, painting. |
1:50.0 | You could try any new hobby you've ever dreamed of and decide if you like it. |
1:56.0 | That's one of the cool parts about learning who you are in sobriety, you know, it's learning what you like to do. |

2:07.0 | I posted on social media and I asked you what kind of hobbies you were trying out. And a lot of active and outdoor activities came up, which is awesome. |
