So I tend to think about it more, you know, as us kind of standing in a circle.

first. So if you want to explain a little bit, like, what exactly do you mean? What's the difference

between fear and anxiety as far as you're concerned? First of all, I love that I'm starting out on the

defensive. Like, wait a minute, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, wait, wait. That makes me smile. So, yeah, you're absolutely right.

We were chatting about fear and anxiety, and I find that they tend to get lumped together.

We talk about, oh, fear, anxiety, stress, maybe even arousal lumpting in there together.

And in certain contexts, that's not inappropriate.

But from a clinical standpoint, I absolutely, absolutely tease

out what I believe to be more of a fear-based response or what I believe to be more is an anxiety

response. And for me, that becomes relevant not only in terms of the history that might lead me,
