So what was that like as you were seeing her come to loggerheads with her Bishop and

Stake President leading up to the disciplinary council? What was that like for you Nathan?

That was tough. I mentioned earlier that this has brought me to a point where I hadn't considered

my engagement with the church in these terms since I was 16 years old. The two things that I love,

my wife and my church being brought into conflict and I felt as though I was being

disappointed and exasperated. Like all of those things at different times every day I was going

through that and you know in the you know I had a lunch with Bishop last week or two

weeks ago where we were talking about this and I said to his face right now I don't like you

and he's a likable guy but I said you know you're putting me in a very difficult
