Hello and welcome to Among the Lilies.

This is a show for ladies who are tired of pretending and are ready to be real.

I'm your host, Cameron Frat.

And in today's episode, I just kind of ramble about busyness and craziness. Just kind of getting in like an overdoer mode. I think that's what I'm going to call it, the overdoer mode. When you're like are just focused and you kind of ignore everyone around you and you're like, I just need to get this done, do, do, do, do, do, do. And I turn into like a do-do-do machine.

My boys would find that really funny. Sorry, I don't know why I laughed. But I'm going to talk about that. And then I also talk a little bit about Father's Day. So I hope you have a wonderful and blessed Father's Day weekend if you listen to this as soon as it comes out. But I also share with you some amazing, cool, awesome news for Among the Lilies. Do you ever feel like you're doing a million things yet you're not even really present in one of the million things that you're currently doing?

I feel like this has been me for a long time.

But in particular, yesterday, it really, it just shined.

Okay.

I was dog sitting for a friend and spent the night at her house, which was amazing and beautiful.

But I thought I had time to like kind of hang out and pray and just be.

And I did.

I did like a short prayer time.

But my friend has this beautiful, beautiful yard with these fruit trees.

And it overlooks like an entire mountain preserve and it's beautiful.

I can actually see my house from up there.

She's so far up and it's just, it's gorgeous.

So I was just looking forward to just sitting and being for a good amount of time.

And my friend, Stephanie Gray, is in town from Canada and she was going to be on the Matt

Frad show and so Matt told us that she needed to be back to our house by nine o'clock and then he

texts me and says just kidding I need her here by 8 a.m. and I'm like okay and for guys I don't

think it's a big deal if you tell them I need need you there an hour early. Girls, when you're going to be like on show and be recorded, that's a big deal. It's like, okay, and she has curly hair. So it's like, okay, I need more time to straighten my hair, blowdry my hair, do my makeup, outfit, whatever. And so I felt like I went into super like, okay, how can I help you mode? Let's get you ready.
