Hi friends and welcome back to the Sesh. I am Kendall Ray and I'm to know and we have a very

interesting episode for you guys this week. Kendall is going to be opening up about her

birth story. I was going to say no spicy topics today but this is kind of spicy. Oh yeah,

personally spicy. Yeah, it is. Oh yeah, super spicy. Herd it was. Yeah, I feel like, you know,

a lot of times when you're on the internet looking at birth stories and stuff, I feel as though

many people just kind of sugarcoat it or make it seem like it's, you know, super easy or super

beautiful. Not that it wasn't beautiful but also you said it was the most intense thing you've

ever been through in your entire life. Oh for sure. For sure. Like I'm a little anxious even

talking about it because every time I go back to that day, it just kind of brings up birth trauma.

I mean, to be honest, it is it's a little traumatic. It was the most memorable beautiful best day

of my life and I do mean that but it was also traumatic. Yeah, that's the weirdest that's motherhood

in a nutshell. It's so many ups and downs and you know, it's all the above. Yeah, I want to do

share about this at some point. I had originally thought I was going to maybe vlog the experience.

I did have my camera there and we started doing that but we kind of always knew like maybe we'll

share this. Maybe we won't and after going through the experience, I realized that that wasn't

something that I wanted to have on the internet. I really appreciate other people who do though

because I watched so many other people's births and vlogs and reality TV and that was very helpful

for me in my experience. And so I wanted to give that back by uploading mine. And so that was

kind of my goal but then I don't know, it's such a special moment. I love our I love the video. I'm

so glad we have it but I just want to keep it for our family. Yeah, I think that's totally

understandable. Yeah, yeah. So I just I have a different perspective on it after actually going
