1:13.3	On March 13, 1997, his crimes drastically escalated, or so it seemed, by getting arrested for kidnapping and raping a young woman, though he was cleared of these charges in August.
1:26.8	He was then discovered with stolen goods, court-martialed, and then dishonorably discharged

1:34.0	Less than a month after he was acquitted of his rape charges, the nude body of Tracy Habersham
1:38.9	was found in Fort Benning.
1:41.5	The 26-year-old had been missing for 48 hours, and when her body was discovered,
1:46.1	she had been raped and strangled to death with a cord. Paul was not a suspect, though later
1:51.2	DNA would tie him to this crime, but not before he would claim more victims. He and his wife
