Somebody calls me and they say can you do this can you do that and I say well yeah and and what have you had done and they'll usually tell some horror story of somebody not you know finishing the job or walking off the job or whatever.

We go and we fix the problem you know and we show up on time and they come to the door and they say they go

it's nine o'clock and like yes that's what time we said it was nine o'clock we're gonna be

here well contractors don't come on time in true story right you said they go

really like really they don't come on time you know it's crazy things like that.

And so those are competitive advantages.

So if you're thinking about starting a business,

you really, you need to understand what you want to do,

you have to understand what you want to do. You have to

understand your competitive advantage and then you can work all the

numbers out from there.
