So we should start this evening by recognizing that this is, as they say, and I think I've made this joke before, the most wonderful time of the year, is it not?

It is my favorite time of the year. It's the two weeks in which I enjoy and am a fan of daylight savings time.

The rest of the year, I tend to think that it's a bit

pointless, honestly. But this is when the clocks change, and I am given the gift of recording

at 11 p.m. as opposed to 12 a.m. with you. Which is a heck of a gift.

I don't know how.

I mean, I had to record an episode of The Incomparable just last week.

And that started at 10.30 in the evening.

And you should have heard the complaining I was doing to Aaron about starting that late.

Like, it was worth it.

Don't get me wrong.

And as we've spoken about on this very program,

I consider it a tremendous honor.

No snark intended.

I really do consider it a tremendous honor to be asked to be on the incomparable.

But nevertheless, I was quite embittered that it started at 1030.

Because a friend of the show, Joe Steele, I should add, that jerk.

Yeah, I may never be on The Uncomparable.

Like, there's been a couple of episodes where I might have wanted to be a part of them,

but I just can't deal with the time.

It's like 3 or 4 a.m.

Like, I just can't do that.
