Porn free radio episode 102. Hey, today is an exciting day for me. It's actually my sixth

anniversary being 100% porn free. That's right. I'm actually recording this episode on January 13th,

2017, and it's six years today. And I thought it'd be fun to answer two questions I've been asked recently

regarding my journey. And the first question is, how do you maintain long-term sobriety? What are

some of the things that go into it? And the second question I'm going to answer is, what is the

struggle look like for you now, day to day.

So I'll answer both those questions in just a moment. Before we get started, I want to talk

about sprint coaching. That's my one-on-one coaching program. I have some new slots open for clients

starting this January. And I want to invite you to take an action. When I work with coaching

clients, a lot of times they'll identify a big problem in their life. They'll identify something

they need to eliminate. They'll identify a real, you know, an absence that they have. Like,

they don't have meaningful relationships or they don't, they're not in a group. And it will feel like an overwhelming task. And a lot of times't they're not in a group and it will feel like an overwhelming

task and a lot of times the first thing that they need to do is actually take an action like to

send an email to a pastor or they need to take an action to look up some groups in their area

or they need to take an action to call an old friend

and get current with them. And that's the first step they need to do. Yes, they need a group. They

need some of these other things in their life, but they just really need to take this one action first.
