So just using yes and has amazing powers to turn a small idea into a big one really, really quickly, but far more importantly, allows us to transfer the power of my idea, which we know never goes anywhere inside a large organization, to our idea and

accelerate its opportunity to get done. But the more experience and the more expertise we have,

the more reasons we know why the new idea won't work. Diversity is innovation. If somebody

doesn't look like you, they don't think like you. And if they don't think like you,

they can help you think differently.
