Welcome back to the court of the day show I'm your host Sean Crox and a

Sean Crox and dot com. It's throw back Thursday and we're turning back that

clock all the way to episode number one oh six in our feature speaker Randy

Gage. This is great stuff. We talked about this when COVID started and we talked

about recessions and you know things going south and back in the day during

the Great Depression. There are many people who thrived because they saw

opportunities where there are people where there are challenges there are

opportunities. They're there. You just got to look for them. It's like Ed

Milette was talking about like when you're locked in on helping people and

providing value your reticular activating system in your brain will just

filter in all of the opportunities so you can see them. But the next thing you

have to do is you have to make a decision and you've got to take a risk and go

out there and provide the service. And when you do that it doesn't matter what

the economy is like. We can be booming we can be in a recession we can do it

being a depression a Republican can be president a Democrat can be president it

doesn't matter because you are serving people you know a quote that changed

my life is the amount of money you have will always be in direct proportion

to the quality and the quantity of the service that you provide. I ask my

students I say okay keeping that in mind if you want to make a hundred

thousand dollars a year are you providing the quality and the quantity of

service that is going to earn and a value for value exchange that amount of
