So the first voice that we're going to bring to you today would be Dominique Gillard.

He is a wonderful young man and he's the director of

racial righteousness and reconciliation for the love, mercy, due justice initiative of the

Evangelical Covenant Church. He is the author of Rethinking Incarceration and advocating for

justice that restores, which won the 2018 Book of the Year

Award for Innovosity Press. Gillard also serves as the Board of Directors for the Christian Community

Development Association and Evangelicals for Justice. In 2015, he was selected as one of the ECC's 40 under 40 leaders to watch.

And he's also written articles that were featured in the Huffington Post.
