If you're new here, hello, my name is Ashley.

I post an episode every single Monday where I just talk about whatever it's on my mind,

whether it be what I'm struggling with, what I'm thinking about, what I'm currently doing, or just a topic that I think is interesting. If you're listening to this in real time, it's February and this whole

month I've been talking about love. So I wanted to end the month with an advice session revolving around

that same topic. I used to do advice

sessions at the end of every month, but I've just decided I'm going to sprinkle them in here

and there whenever I'm feeling like it. I also just want to preface this episode with saying

that just because I'm giving you advice doesn't mean that I have all the answers or what I think is

right or I've got it all figured out. I'm human and I'm also trying to do my best and just give you
