Today we are talking about something that we've had a lot of requests for.

We're calling it our out of the nest episode. Transitions. Go on to college.

Get your first job. All of the things that people who are in middle school or high school

they're looking forward to these things but they're also thinking about them with a little bit of

trepidation. Maybe. Yeah. Did you guys feel that way when you were going off to college,

getting your first job, making these really big transitions in your life?

I was excited. I feel like there was a lot of structure in college for me.

And so as time has gone on, I feel like I've had kind of a harder transition

setting goals for myself and staying organized. I actually thrive off a lot of structure.

When I'm giving too much free, I'm like, oh my God, what do I do?

What do I do? Do you guys have that similar feelings?

I feel like I've these transition more into deeper adulthood.

I thrive with structure. Absolutely. I think that one of the biggest tools

that I learned to do anything in life in my life in particular,

was to create structure for myself.

You go to school for K through 12 and you're given all the structure for so many years

and then you're just like, okay, free think, go.
