you know, we were talking about before, you know, you're in Scottsdale. And I'm in Nashville.

And right now it's been pretty hot here lately. So I'm curious, you know, one of the things like,

like what do you, like what do you love to do in terms of just like activities? I know Scottsdale's

a pretty active community. My wife and I are pretty active. Like what do you love to do to stay active?

I think I've seen some pictures and stuff that you posted on Instagram in the past. And I think

I would say we're very similar in that I'm an outdoor exercise fanatic or just exercise movement

fanatic in general. But I'm not seeing patients or I'm not doing this with you or writing. I will

be moving. And I wish that health was all about exercise because I would be the pinnacle of health.

But you know, there's so many factors that go into it. And I actually was like for a while,

I was overdoing it. And it's something I talk about in my book where, you know, more is not better

when it comes to exercise, fasting, you know, all of those things. There is a time in a place and
