1:06.4	The I get that right man you got it man.
1:09.4	All right so the so long time how long have you been in real estate?
1:12.8	About 13 years this year, yeah.
1:15.8	Yeah.
1:16.8	So the, for, is there a big difference in how, the way real estate is done in Canada compared to the US?
1:23.2	No, not really, I mean realtors or realtors.
1:26.2	The only difference is we can't have title.
1:28.2	Up here, I know a lot of my colleagues in the state's own title companies.
1:32.0	The commissions are generally lower in Canada too,
1:34.0	and a lot of times the ends in the U.S. are 3% per side.
1:38.0	We're closer to 2% in Canada.
1:40.0	And yeah, but aside from that, man, pretty similar. We use lawyers for closing instead of title offices.
1:45.2	That's really one of the bigger differences, but that's about it.
1:47.2	Yeah, and there's a lot of states that use lawyers for closing still. I think Ohio was one of them and the I'm sure I'll be
1:55.3	corrected by some of my listeners too as I think that's a few out there for sure.
