So the, for, is there a big difference in how, the way real estate is done in Canada compared to the US?

No, not really, I mean realtors or realtors.

The only difference is we can't have title.

Up here, I know a lot of my colleagues in the state's own title companies.

The commissions are generally lower in Canada too,

and a lot of times the ends in the U.S. are 3% per side.

We're closer to 2% in Canada.

And yeah, but aside from that, man, pretty similar. We use lawyers for closing instead of title offices.

That's really one of the bigger differences, but that's about it.
