Pope Francis has created an enormous tsunami of scandal by appointing this archbishop to

be in charge of the de-castory for doctrine.

Formally called the CDF congregation for the doctrine of the faith.

It's been headed by greats like Ataviani, Ratsinger was once the head of it.
