Hi, I'm Aaron and Mucchastegi and welcome to interview Shelby Osborne she's from

Charlotte North Carolina the I actually briefly met Shelby a few weeks ago at the

bigger pockets conference and the and and pushed her to see why she hadn't applied to be on the

podcast yet and recently there she had quite a few shout-outs from some other

guests that we've had so Shelby how's it going?

Oh my gosh thanks for having me I'm so stuck to be here. So what office are you with?

As EXP. So you're with the EXP. And so when I got to briefly meet you out in in New Orleans so

David Osborne and I wrote a book together so we had flown out there to go kind of talk about our book and pitch our book and you had gone up to David and said like hey he kind of he had he had inspired you saw him speak somewhere and he had inspired you with some of the some of the real estate practices was that before you became an agent or when you had first become an agent?

It was when I was at one of my lowest points my first year as an agent when I was just drowning in like, you know,

three days behind on everything and feeling completely overwhelmed. I read it was Hal

El Radi and David Osborne, The Miracle Morning, Millionaire's book, and it really shaped the way that I structured the rest of, like I made big changes because of him. It really hit me at the right time.

Yeah, that's a great book too. Yeah, the miracle morning for agents. How has some really, really great books and really similar story for me because I had lost, essentially had done really well

from like 2009 to 2012, 2013.

I'd lost everything, lost millions of dollars in 2013,

and it was like at my reset.

And I was going, how could I have done this?

And I read How's Miracle Morning book at the time.
