Today's episode is dedicated to a recap of Hirox Dallas, which at the time of this recording

was about two weeks ago. On November 23rd, 2024, I competed in my first high rocks event in Dallas, Texas, with a bunch of the BPN team.

It was a great experience.

I learned a lot.

And I want to go over just the entire experience in my performance as a whole.

So a quick recap, what is high rocks?

I started training for a high rocks competition in June of 2024, just competed, like I said, November 23rd.

And I dedicated a few months of training to endurance-specific, but high-rox-specific workouts

in preparation for this competition.

What is the competition?

So there are multiple divisions you can sign up for.

There's open.

There's pro.

There's doubles.

There's relays.

Open and pro is similar.

You're doing the whole competition on your own.

Open though is lighter weights. Pro is heavier weights.

I competed in pro. Doubles is when you split the work with another person. And relays is when you

split the work with four people total. So my first high rocks, I did pro in Dallas.
