Hi everyone. Well, this is a very special episode because it's the 100th episode.

It's honestly such a feeling of accomplishment to reach a milestone like this. It's really exciting and I have to say I'm

super proud of myself. I've been absolutely loving the podcast and I want to

thank all of you for listening if it wasn't for all of you

wouldn't be possible and it's also been so amazing to connect with many of you

through reviews and emails and on social media so I'm just so excited for what's to come and the next 100.

And just to give you some insight when I started this podcast, well actually before I started it because it took me a lot of nerve to get started on it,

I was so nervous. Like it takes so much to put yourself out there, be vulnerable, share stories, even just put your face and your name out there.

It's a big thing.

And even when I first was going to record the first episode, I was so anxious.

I couldn't even get my words out because I couldn't catch my breath.

Like I was literally stopping and starting and

starting. I can picture it till this day. And I literally had to go to the

liquor store to get a bottle of wine because I was like maybe this will calm

my nerves just so I can pump out the first episode because if I can't pump this out what am I going to do?

And anyway the reason I'm telling you this is because if I can inspire anyone to go outside of their comfort zone and do something

that they really want to do but they're scared to do, go for it.

Go for it because the best things happen outside of your comfort zone.
