I feel like we have to celebrate the first 100 days of Donald Trump in the White House with a little humor on this Tuesday. Hope your week is off

to a great start. And it has to do with Missouri Senator Josh Hawley, one of our favorites, obviously,

who could have easily introduced something called the Holly Act in front of the Senate,

or reintroduced, if you will, because it's come up before. There's been a lot of discussion

in the past about the possibility of just

shutting down members of Congress from investing in stocks and individual portfolios and all kinds

of different investments based, which we know this to be true, based upon things that they know

could be passing through legislation or companies that they know

who could be gaining an advantage because of bills, laws, procedures, and things that are being

passed or kicked around in Washington, D.C. Not limited to, certainly acts of Congress, but

things from lobbyists, things that you hear within industries, things like COVID lockdowns

before they're implemented, knowing what it would do for pharmaceutical companies that could

benefit from making profits off of the drugs that they're going to be forcing upon everybody.

It is unbelievable how Washington, D.C. has transformed from what it was originally supposed to be,

and that was a

labor of love, a real chore for someone to leave their beloved community and have to go to

Washington, D.C. to represent the people, and they did this as sort of a commitment to the public,

a commitment to their constituents. It took away, generally speaking, from what they were

on a daily basis and created a life that was inconvenient, not easy, not full time, but something

that needed to be done as part of our republic. It has now become a way to have a complete and

utter career of being not just a multim-millionaire, but some of these
