I’m supposed to be bigger, contribute more, and grow more than I am.” You know you need to and you want to serve others equally, as well as meeting your self-interest. You can indulge yourself with what you want for yourself – the education, the material needs, etc. – but you have to do something valuable for the society. Help and try to give back. You embrace sales and marketing. Rob: “Nothing moves until you sell something.” You hate being told what to do. If you’re like Rob who sees himself as a contrarian, he advises that you have to relearn to give instructions and maintain a good relationship with your team. You embrace risk.
