The worst part was the Washington fans had no clue what was going on.

This sort of nonsense wasn't as well known as it would be today

and this was classic W.C. W. W. management thinking they knew better. They didn't.

This was the pay-per-view that was also meant to be as important as a

WrestleMania and they still pulled this in beggar's belief.
