I know you got your mega-sized family, your small sports team, basically you have your family.

You got your job and you're also doing a lot of service with the Good Dad project and the events and I know you've been working on some stuff but you haven't even told me

What you've been doing man? So spill the beans what's been going on with you man what are you

up to yes I have been diabolically busy so yeah I've been I've been working on I think a lot of

people know I've been working on a book for about a year now and the culmination of that

project has finally come to a very happy ending so my book will I believe it'll be

launched on September 1st on Amazon, but it's called the

Dad's Edge, which is nine simple strategies to unlimited patients, improved

relationships and connection, and how to create positive lasting memories.

So that's been one project.

Wow man, but that's huge.

Just even, I know what it takes and the effort, the heart, the everything that goes into making a book, man.

So huge congratulations and I can't wait to see the finished product.
