resume tips from someone who hires. Yeah. Because both Ken and I hire and, who, who you should see

the difference guys of the resumes that coming in. And there's some clear winners and some clear losers.

Yeah, there's some obvious ones where you were like, what were you thinking?

And there's some ones that just don't hit the mark.

And the person could be really good, you know.

And I know a lot of people right now either have lost their jobs or they're concerned about

losing their job.

So maybe they're looking for another job.

And, you know, a year ago, we were hardly getting any resumes.

Like on a position, we get like six to ten resumes.
