Hello from CNN, I'm Taylor Galgano with the five things you need to know for Friday, October 27th.

Multiple sources tell CNN that the man accused of killing 18 innocent people in a shooting rampage in Maine is now dead.

They say he was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head

and was found in the woods near Lisbon, Maine.

The suspect was in the Army Reserves and was training at a facility over the summer,

when a National Guard spokesperson confirmed he went to a hospital in July for evaluation

after, quote, behaving erratically.

Multiple law enforcement officials told CNN that investigators now believe the suspect

purchased the gun they think he used in the shooting just days before he was hospitalized.

Three law enforcement sources say the suspect was treated for suspected intoxication and then released the next day.

Investigators found his phone and a note they believe he left behind that suggested he didn't

expect to be alive when it was found.

This comes as all 18 victims of the shooting have now been

identified, as old as 76 and as young as 14. The Governor Baxter School for

the Death said four of the victims were deaf. Many of the 18 had young children. One of the

victims was Joseph Walker. Here was his father, Leroy Walker. I can't hate
