Yeah, the ketogenic diet has really completely changed my life and sort of changed who I am I think in general.

I used to be somebody that you know a long time ago I was a powerlifter I was in

having that being taken away from me by having arthritis and having you a genetic hip problem that caused me to have

I got up to about 260 pounds, but also like I got away from lifting

and I just didn't love myself anymore. And I think that a big part of that was just because I was
