My guest today is Dr. Marion Tupi who wrote this book that has to do with the 10 global

trends which we'll cover today.

To describe him in a proper way, he is the editor of HumanProgress.org, a senior fellow

at Kato Institute Central for Global Liberty and Prosperity and the co-author of the Simon

Project. He specializes in globalization and global well-being in politics and economics

of Europe and South Africa. He has worked on the Council on Foreign Relations Commission

on Angola and advised the Central Intelligence Agency, CI and the U.S. Department State

Yes, and you happen to be from Czech, right?

Czechoslovakia, yes.

So my best friend when I was in Germany at a refugee camp, his name was Jan Stav, his

sister's name was Katarina Stav and they were from Czech. We were best of friends. Two
