morning. Two blockbuster legal cases to talk about out of the state and city of New York,

one involving a murder mystery of a health executive last week. Let's start there.

As listeners likely know, United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson was gunned down by a suspect,

and what video shows very clearly was a targeted attack.

The gunman then fled and has been on the run ever since.

But yesterday, a suspect was arrested.

His name is Mr. Luigi Mangione.

As Axios News reports, he is originally from Maryland.

He went to the Ivy League University of

Pennsylvania, focused on computer science and mathematics, and he last lived in Hawaii.

When he was arrested yesterday at a McDonald's, of all places, in Pennsylvania, he was found

with what appears to be all of the evidence of the crime on his person, fake IDs, a gun, a suppressor,
