Some of them are relatively viable. I mean you can see these things happening

You may look at him and say this isn't viable because some of these guys are not ranked in the top ten

You're like, how could they do that? So it's really exciting and it's all trying to retain you here Jim

It's going fine just so far. It's a you know, it was we it was really really hot here for all of July

But it's like the fever's broken August has just been beautiful beautiful weather getting a little rain nice and sunny days

It's you know, it's the best time of year. I just love this time of year

So I live in New Mexico. I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico up in the mountains and

This is what they call monsoon season. So we get

We get the moisture that comes in from the Gulf and it just creates these nice afternoon rainstorms

Cools everything off unlike most places where when it rains it gets hotter and mugier out here

It's so dry that when it rains everything cools off. It's really nice and

It's just a great place to live. I love this place

So I'm in the northeast and around the Buffalo area and we get our cold winters and hot summers

But it's pretty nice right now too for us. So can't complain. Not as hot as you for sure
