If you haven't got the 22 minutes needed for today's full podcast, charge point have launched their Omniport, a bit like Tesla's magic dock.

So any EV can now charge at a charge point.

Obviously Nissan Leaf owners look away now.

It's not Chadimo.

But CCS1 or J-3400, aka Nax, aka Tesla, then charge, the dock is all built in to charge point's new charges. Omniport, they've called it. They'll do this for home use as well to go up against the Universal Wall Connector from Tesla. I love this solution because, you know, it's their technology.

Firstly, it's their liability.

Everything goes wrong.

But also, you're not having to carry your own adapter round.

You know that you go to a charge point Omniport system, and then you can either select it on screen

or in the app.

You tell the app what car you've got.

It'll automatically give you the correct adapter to stick into your car.

That's a fantastic idea.

Used TV sales are skyrocketing in the UK, where 80%, let's remember this, by the way, in the UK

at least, 80% of the car market is used vehicles and used EV sales are flying. Now look, the market

share is now 2.4%. And it's funny, we talk about

the new market share, Norway being 90%, China being 50% last month. But the used EV market,

man, it's so far behind the new EV market, but I'm so excited about the used TV market,

where we all buy our cars, apart from those that can, either

to know, business cars, lease cars and stuff. The rest of us, I just bought a used
