As you may remember, Rossello is the governor of Puerto Rico.

He was the one that kind of had the original back and forth

on Twitter with Elon that kind of began all of this conversation.

Those began on October 6th, so for Tesla now less than three weeks later to be able to go live

with its first project, the rate of speed that Tesla was able to coordinate and deploy this project is really incredible.

What Tesla did here was essentially ship in a fairly substantial array of solar panels and then a handful of power packs as well.

And then to expedite the installation process of the solar panels they

actually just use the parking lot to number one make sure that they had enough

space to generate enough power necessary to power the hospital number two just to make
